Is there an option for mac users to download meter results to an app or csv file format

It is unclear whether there is a MacOs version of TRUEmanager available, but it is suggested to contact the software developer to inquire about Mac compatibility. As for downloading meter results, the software may offer the option to export data to a CSV file format which can be read by many applications on Mac.
Where is a good video tutorial to educate us amateurs on how to set up TrueManager? How do I enable print? Seems like there are many problems with this software to get it to function as promised. Customer ID# 10364671

You can use the video tutorial on the application's page to check how to use the software. Click the image that has a Play indicator and watch the tutorial. Basically, you add the patient to the database, and then connect the required device and click Download Results. If the device is properly installed, the data will appear, and it will populate the database.
Additionally, you can use the built-in Help section.
According to the information found in the manual of the application, you can install the software on Windows 2000, XP Professional with Service Pack 2 (SP2), Vista or Windows 7. This means you can't install it on Windows 10, officially.
However, if you have the setup package, then you can try Compatibility mode. Right- click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and then launch the software again.
There is a fee if you want to upgrade your program. Fill up the provided form, select Windows 7 as operating system and click Submit. You will receive all purchasing steps via email. Also, I suggest you back up your data before install the new version.
How can I set an event or note for a specific day? I would like to backfill start and end dates with special amount to appear on the log repost. Is this possible?

I have installed the application and generated a sample configuration, but I couldn't find anything related to events and notifications. You can add notes for patients, but that's it. No other information could be found in the HELP file as well.
